Limescale build up in your machine can cause it to become inefficient, taking longer to heat and thus costing more in terms of energy. What's more, limescale can make its way into your beverages, causing unappealing scum. Routine descaling of your machine helps keep its performance consistent and protects the machine's lifespan whilst also ensuring that the quality of the dispensed coffee is as good as can be.
These tablets can also be used in Bosch, Gaggenau and Neff machines as well as kettles, water dispensers and other appliances.
Please be aware that this product should not be used in appliances made from galvanized steel or enamel (except acid-resistant enamel).

All orders placed before 12:30pm will usually be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed between 12:30pm Friday and 12:30pm Monday are dispatched on Monday.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. We reserve the right to upgrade high-value orders to a courier service of our choice for insurance purposes, usually DHL or Parcelforce.

These orders will still ship via next-day courier; however, the cut-off times for same-day dispatch may vary depending on the supplier’s location.
In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
